At Premium Used Auto Parts, we stand behind every part we sell. Our
warranty policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase
while keeping things straightforward and fair.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty focuses on damaged parts or items sent in error,
covering parts exclusively. Please note that labor costs are not
included for any sold items. In the event of a damaged part, we will
strive to replace it; if a replacement is unavailable, a full refund
will be issued. For orders canceled without a replacement request, a
25% restocking fee and deferred shipping costs may apply. Similarly,
if the incorrect part is ordered and needs to be returned, a 25%
restocking fee and deferred shipping costs for refunds will also be
applied. If you decide to cancel an order after it has been placed,
a 25% restocking fee may be charged, with the option to defer
shipping costs during the refund process.

- Engine and Transmission Parts: 60-90 days (based on engine age)
- Regular Parts: 30-day warranty
Engine and Transmission Guarantees
Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked blocks, and
excessive smoking for 90 days from the purchase date. While engine
accessories are not covered under this guarantee, we recommend
replacing gaskets and seals for optimal performance. Transmissions
are guaranteed to function properly at purchase, with gears in good
condition. Please remember that fluids must be replaced for proper
operation.

Limitations of Warranty
We cannot be held responsible for improper installation or misuse
after purchase. Buyers waive claims for consequential damages,
including labor charges, loss of income, or rental fees. The sole
remedy available is a return of the purchase price or an exchange
for a replacement part if promptly returned. No warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose extend beyond
what is described on the invoice.

Important Installation Requirements
ABS Modules
- Must be reprogrammed with dealer software prior to installation
- Failure to reprogram will void the warranty
Speedometers
- May require reprogramming with dealer software prior to installation
- Failure to reprogram when required will void the warranty
📋 Warranty Claim Process
To process your warranty claim, we require:
- Diagnostic report
- Installation report
- Video documentation of the issue
- Photos or Video of the affected part
- Note: All four items are mandatory for processing any warranty claim
