  • Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  • Return the part within 7 business days
  • Provide a return tracking number
  • Ship to the address provided in RMA instructions

When we receive your return:
  • We'll inspect the part
  • If approved, we'll process your refund or send a replacement
  • Refunds are issued in the original payment form

  • Labor costs are not covered
  • Modified or disassembled parts can't be returned
  • All issues must be reported in writing (email, mail, or fax)
  • Parts are uniquely identified by markings

  • Refusing a package: 25% restocking fee + two-way shipping
  • Order cancellation: 25% restocking fee + shipping costs
  • No response to shipping company: Same as refusing package
